Kai’Sa is one of the premier “full send” ADCs in League of Legends. she thrives on diving in, finishing fights, and styling on anyone who can’t keep up. Because of that, she works well with a wide range of supports that can either set up her engages or peel for her when things get messy.

That said, there are definitely a few standout supports that have always brought out the best in Kai’Sa, and lets you play this hyper carry in ways you didn’t think possible.

1. Nautilus

Starting off with one of the most classic bot lane duos out there. Nautilus brings everything Kai’Sa needs at every stage of the game, engage, peel, and setup. His passive, Q, and ult all help stack Kai’Sa’s plasma fast, letting her dive in and finish off targets.

Nautilus also makes playing Kai’Sa feel easy. He can peel off assassins, start fights on his own, or just bodyblock everything headed her way. Once he lands a hook, Kai’Sa has more than enough damage to clean up the rest. From level one, this lane has kill pressure that most duos can’t match. It’s a straightforward combo that just works.

For builds I prefer redemption rush as it still is a powerful pick increasing your W shield as well as giving your team more agency with the AOE heal. Afterwards, Locket into Knights Vow ensures that Kai’sa can play aggressive with you without the fear of being burst down.

2. Neeko

Next up is one of the slipperiest supports in the entire game. Neeko pairs incredibly well with Kai’Sa thanks to her range, her pick potential, and one of the best anti-engage kits you can ask for. She can play aggressive, she can peel, and she can set up fights from angles most supports can’t even threaten.

Neeko helps stack Kai’Sa’s plasma easily and can catch targets that Kai’Sa’s shorter range struggles to reach on her own. She basically fills in the gaps Kai’Sa has, giving her safer engages, more setup, and a way to punish anyone who mispositions for even half a second.

For builds, I usually lean into a more supportive style. Rushing Rocketbelt gives you the extra mobility you need to find good ult angles, and after that, items like Imperial Mandate and Shurelya’s Battlesong boost the burst and pick potential of this duo even further.

3.Seraphine

Seraphine is a bit different from the other picks on this list because her synergy with Kai’Sa isn’t obvious from champ select. But trust me, Seraphine is a sleeper pick, and the duo works way better than most people expect.

While Seraphine doesn’t bring the hard engage or lockdown that champs like Nautilus or Neeko offer, she more than makes up for it by keeping Kai’Sa healthy, shielded, and constantly enabled. Her ult and E still give you ways to pick fights, and her ability to stack supportive buffs on Kai’Sa’s attack speed, AP, and on hit damage turns her into an absolute menace.

I’m a big fan of W max enchanter Seraphine for this lane. The scaling is way better than trying to force damage, and your impact in fights skyrockets. Go Moonstone, Staff of Flowing Water, Redemption, and watch how quickly your Kai’Sa turns into an unstoppable monster.

4. Thresh

Last on the list, but definitely not least, is Thresh, the true classic of bot lane supports. Thresh can work with pretty much any ADC, but in my opinion his kit lines up with Kai’Sa better than almost anyone else. His playmaking tools give Kai’Sa everything she wants: setup, peel, and a ton of freedom to play aggressive.

Thresh’s Q into E gives Kai’Sa easy plasma stacks, and once he hits anything, Kai’Sa can walk up and unload her damage without much risk. But the real unfair part of this duo is Thresh’s lantern. Kai’Sa can ult in, delete someone, and instantly get pulled back to safety like nothing happened. It’s basically a built in reset button that lets her play way more fearlessly than she normally could.

For builds, Thresh should lean toward peel and protection. Rushing Locket, Redemption, and Knight’s Vow keeps Kai’Sa alive through dives and teamfights, and lets her go all in without worrying about getting blown up.

Kai’Sa works with a huge variety of supports, but these picks stand out because they each bring out a different side of her kit. Whether you want pure engage with Nautilus, slippery pick potential with Neeko, steady scaling and utility with Seraphine, or all-around playmaking with Thresh, each pairing lets Kai’Sa play the fast, aggressive style she’s known for.
